"the gentlemen at the front desk didn't want to help me. he answered and booked 3 calls. i showed up sundayat three. he should get a little talk about friendlyness and helping the person thats right in front of you."

"Yes, in spite of my positive answers we did have an unfortunate incident. After I shut the door from the inside, I locked the deadbolt that night. Next morning I awakened for an early appointment at 5 a.m. Went to unlock the deadbolt and it was stuck. I called the desk. He immediately assisted me from outside. Problem is, we yelled back and forth which probably disturbed other guests. He advised I opened the window. It was difficult to open which was bad for escape purposes. My wife and I had to vacate through the window which was hard on her since she needs hip surgury. Attendant brought a stool and was very helpful under the circumstances. To add insult to injury, our car had a flat tire so we had to call Good Sam and we were late for our appointment. The attendant did deduct 20 percent from our bill. We got the impression someone was trying to tell us something - like don't go but we did and the rest of the day was fine."
